We only accept returns or refunds for damaged or defective products. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@beyourbloom.com.au with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer you a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund processed to your original payment method.

Beyourbloom's flowers come from Ecuador and all processed from real flowers.
Each flower grows differently, so the size and shape of each bud are different. Due to lighting conditions, the color of the flowers may be slightly different from the picture.
